Step 1. Access the dedicated Google account

Login to the dedicated Google account created for the Speakers section

Step 2. Access the Google Sheet

Within the Google account, navigate to google apps (1), then access the menu and select “Drive” (2). From the Google Drive Dashboard, select the “Speakers” Google Sheet (3).

Step 3. Update Speakers Content

Once you have opened the Speakers sheet, update each column (#, Image URL, Speaker Name, title, description, Facebook link, Linkedin link, Twitter link) with the specific type of content.

Note:

1 - Do not use quotation marks in your content.
2 - If a column does not require any content, type in “empty” in the respective cell.
3 - Make sure all link type content is added and displayed within the cell as a hyperlink.
4 - Follow the instructions below in order to obtain the image URL which will be pasted in its corresponding cell.

Acquiring Image URLs

  1. Log in into you Fabl account dashboard.
  1. In the Fabl Dashboard, go to the Media tab and upload the image.
  2. Once it has been uploaded, open the image in a new tab by clicking the symbol highlighted in the image below.

Please make sure the images you are uploading are all the same size. We recommend that the images be 257px wide and 378px high.

  1. The image will be displayed in a new tab in your browser. Select and copy the URL displayed in the address bar.
  1. Paste the copied URL in the designated cell inside the Google Sheet.

To view all changes, be sure to refresh the Speakers page after all updates have been made in the Google Sheet.
